  • Do you offer youth sizes?
    Yes, we offer youth sized custom apparel items. From t-shirts to sweatshirts, jersys and youth caps.
  • Can I place an order over the phone or only by email?
    Each order has its own unique set of details between the garment, sizes, colours, designs, and print process. It saves a ton of time to have a written reference. Email threads are best for exchanging detailed information so that we can nail the expectations for your order. Unfortunately we cannot book any orders by phone at this time.   • How do you determine pricing for custom apparel? ​
    Are pricing is based on four components: Type - which garments are ordered. Quantity - the number of garments you order with the same design. Colors - the number of colors in your design. Locations - the amount and locations of printing on the garment. ​
  • How does the order process work?
    1- Connect – Get in touch by submitting a quote request or just simply contact us via phone, or email. 2- Confirm Your Details – Your design, your garment choice, and your total quantity of pieces for the order. 3- Approve Your Order – Don’t pay anything until your order and design mockups are approved. 4- Deposit & Production – After approval and deposit production starts on your order. 5- Ready for Pickup – Your order is ready for pickup, or shipping.
  • How soon can I get my order?
    Our turn around time for screen printing is 5-10 business days. Additonal time may be required for shipping. Turn around time starts once your deposit of 50% is paid and all project info has been reviewed and approved (Artwork, Invoice..etc) Any delays in approval of proofs will result in a changed completion date. If you require a rush on your order, please advise us of this and we will try our best to accomidate your request.
  • Do you offer Rush Services?
    Yes we do! If you have a strict deadline, please notify us during your order process. This service schedules your order ahead of booked orders, so it is only fair that a fee applies for this priority.
  • Where can I upload my artwork?
    Artwork files can be sent to us via email: info@majestictees.ca or can be uploaded via our instant quote form.
  • Artwork Approval
    All artwork is to be approved via a digital mock-up through email. Artwork must be checked for spelling, color, sizes ordered, placement of the art and accuracy of artwork by the customer. Any modifications requested after customer approval will result in production delays and could require additional expenses. Any delays in the approval process longer than 24 hours after receipt of the mockup could result in production delays.
  • How can I pay for my order?
    At this time our preferred method of payment is an Interac e-Transfer. Please include your invoice number on the transfer to expedite processing and remember to contact us and let us know what the password is. The remaining balance of your order is due before shipping or pick-up.
  • Can you print on apparel that I provide to you?
    Not all garments are suitable for screen printing. If you are providing your own apparel and are unsure, feel free to contact us. Clothing must be new and unwashed. Depending on how many you want, we charge a per-item print charge which increases with each additional colour in the print, and regular screen set-up fees still apply.
  • Do I have to order a minimum quantity?
    We recommend Heat Transfer Vinyl printing for smaller quantity orders of 1-12 peices Our minimum order for screen printing is 12 peices. Please note that the more shirts ordered, the cheaper the price becomes.
  • Can I pick up an order?
    Yes, a pick up can be arranged. Please contact us to make an arrangement.
  • Payment Terms
    50% deposit of your order total must be paid before the order begins. The remaining 50% is due when your order is picked up.
  • Artwork File Requirements
    If you are going to send us artwork please ensure that the file is 300 dpi or in vector format. All text must be converted to outlines. Majestic Tees will not be responsible for poor quality printing as a result of poor artwork. Majestic Tees is not responsible for any misspellings, or artwork issues on your file. We will do our due diligence to spot out any errors prior to production. However if a mistake is somehow approved on your artwork order than thats how it will be printed.
